What is the turnaround time?

Please allow for up to 10 business days for your package to ship. Turnaround time varies for “preorder” drops, which will be specified on an individual basis.

Is it possible to rush orders?

Yes, we are able to rush orders and send priority. Please drop us an e-mail.

Are your clips compliant?

Lead-free clips matter big time. Our metal clips are sourced from a certified compliant vendor.

How can I contact customer service?

Are your bows reversible? What if my girl wears them on the left side of her head?

Yes! We don’t glue our clips so you may reverse the bow and/or alternate the orientation. Just slip out the clip and re-insert it on the opposite side.

Do you combine shipping for multiple check-outs or orders?

Yes, we do. We do our best to do it automatically but to be sure please drop us an e-mail.

What is your return policy?

If you’re unsatisfied with your product, please let us know so we can make it right. To ensure customer happiness, we will take unused products back within 14 days of postmark.
